Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be delighted with your VOW purchase.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened, used, or tested.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The product is faulty

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Unopened products may be considered for return at VOW's discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping

Where a return has been approved, customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
