Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99 AUD.
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Commitment
We want you to be delighted with your VOW purchase.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened, used, or tested.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned due to change of mind.
Unopened products may be considered for return at VOW's discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
